Removals

Removing a tree is always the last recourse if nothing else can be done to save the tree. There are many valid reasons to have a tree removed. Let's go over a few examples:

Dead trees should be removed or they will create a potential hazard, depending on their size. If a tree is large and covers a wide area, be extreme caution will be required. Large, dead or dying trees lose stability and can easily fall. Especially when weather conditions are windy or raining, you do not want a large dead tree falling and damaging your property or your neighbor's.

Living trees are removed for many reasons also. The majority of the time a living tree is removed due to renovations on the property. Maybe this year you've decided to put the pool in, and the old shade tree is right smack dab in the way. You really have no choice. Likewise when trees that are planted near buildings eventually grow too large and start to destroy the surrounding structures, they too must go. Therefore, it often comes down to either removing a problem tree now, or paying to fix the damage later!
